PrestigeFly is an agency that sources business- and first-class tickets below the airlines' direct price. We built both their public website with a flight-request form and an internal CRM where managers handle requests from first contact to departure. The site and the system are built on Laravel and work as one: a request from the site lands straight in the CRM pipeline.
What it does
On the public side — a multilingual site with a quote-request form (destination, dates, cabin), service descriptions and live chat. On the CRM side — client cards, a request-and-deal pipeline, communication and call history, booking statuses, roles and permissions for managers, sales and lead-source reports.

Frequent flyers and companies that need business- and first-class seats below the official price, and the agency's managers, who keep the entire client and deal base in one window.
How it works
The site and the CRM are a single Laravel application (PHP, MySQL). A request from the site automatically creates a lead in the CRM and assigns it to a manager; the deal then moves through the pipeline — request, sourcing, quote, ticket issuance. All client communication history, documents and statuses live in the card. Permissions are split by role, with reporting on revenue and acquisition-channel performance.
